<p>It has got to be articulated to the country that the definition of "bipartisanship" to GOP leaders really means how Democrats will come to them on their terms to find something in common.  This kind of "Bipartisanship" works only one way to them where Democrats are doing all of the giving while Republicans do not give anything back in return.  In other words, Democrats have to accept as much Republican agenda as they can while the Republicans will not vote for any Democratic legislation.</p>
